What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Systems Analyst or Epic Cadence Analyst role where I can optimize scheduling and patient access workflows, support testing and troubleshooting, and use data-driven workflow analysis to improve operational efficiency and patient experience through strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m an Epic Cadence–proficient healthcare professional with 6+ years of Epic experience, newly awarded Epic Cadence Proficiency (2026). I combine my Registered Respiratory Therapist clinical background with workflow analysis, scheduling optimization, patient access workflows, and clinical operations support to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.

In fast-paced acute care environments at Duke University Hospital, I leverage Epic across 20+ patient encounters per shift to analyze patient flow, resolve workflow inefficiencies, and support throughput and access. I also support troubleshooting, testing support, workflow validation, workflow documentation, process improvement initiatives, and ongoing systems support—translating operational needs into Epic-based solutions while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, operational leaders, and interdisciplinary teams.
