I am a highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated professional with experience spanning healthcare, pharmacy operations, project management, leadership, and customer-focused environments. I am skilled at managing my time independently, balancing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of large projects from planning through completion while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

In my current role in pharmacy compounding, I have developed experience working closely with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare providers while also taking an active role in marketing and outreach initiatives. I have helped develop provider outreach efforts and educational content, created monthly newsletters and blog posts, managed social media content, and helped promote our compounding and hormone replacement therapy programs. I also initiated a podcast as another way to educate patients and providers and expand awareness of our services.

I enjoy taking an idea and turning it into an organized, completed project. I am comfortable working independently, managing competing deadlines, coordinating with multiple people, and adapting when priorities change. My previous experience in management and structural engineering has further strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, planning, and project coordination skills.
