At Searce, I own technical go-to-market for Google Cloud modernization and Applied AI across the UK and Ireland, the Middle East, and India. I design pre-sales engagements around workloads that can grow into sustained cloud consumption, and have solutioned and closed opportunities from discovery through architecture and commercial agreement.
I established Searce’s practice from inception and scaled it to 800+ practitioners across five continents; today I lead a regional solutions organisation of 25 architects and practice leads. My work includes data and platform modernization for a MENA payment service provider across three national markets, as well as GenAI and agent-platform pursuits.
Before Searce, I held tower-level P&L responsibility for application modernization at HCL Technologies and designed cloud-native risk analytics architectures at Deloitte UK. I’m a 2024 Google Cloud Partner All-Star for Solutions Engineering, a Google UK CTO Council member, and the author of published Rust and Python libraries for agent identity and verifiable action signing.
