At IBM Canada, I support the Government of Canada's Phoenix PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll environment, translating complex payroll requirements into functional specifications, test scenarios, process guidance, and implementation documentation.
I coordinate FUT, SIT, regression testing, UAT support, defect investigation, and retesting across enhancements and change requests. I also investigate payroll incidents, validate data, support Mass Retro, payroll runs, dry runs, and GL interfaces, and help sustain high-volume production cycles.
Before IBM, I led RISE payroll, Time & Attendance, and HR implementation and migration work at Resolute Health, including data validation, Canadian payroll, year-end operations, and reconciliation. At ADP Canada, I delivered client payroll implementations from discovery and configuration through go-live while managing multi-client payroll processing.
I've led payroll support teams, trained new hires, written SOPs and cookbooks, and identified ways to automate repetitive support work. My background combines PeopleSoft HCM, Canadian payroll, business analysis, testing, production support, and enterprise consulting delivery.
