Earlier, I led COVID-19 response work, health plan launches, EHR upgrades, and health IT deployments for Medicaid and dually eligible populations. As a Registered Nurse with 14+ years in managed care, I bring clinical operations, utilization management, project leadership, and Lean Six Sigma process improvement together to strengthen healthcare compliance and technology implementation.
