What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a new challenge where I can put my administration and support skills to best use.

At Talk Agent, I led a support team handling live chat and email for sales and customer service projects. I supported customers with order inquiries and payment concerns while monitoring project records against client quality requirements.

I also assigned daily tasks, managed shift rosters and payroll sheets, and prepared lead, attendance, salary, and workload reports. Earlier, as a Live Chat Representative at Talk Agent, I handled customer queries and website admin panels; at WH Solutions, I updated inventory records using Shopify and Magento.
