I’m looking for a role where I can own corporate compliance and contract lifecycle work, manage regulatory deadlines, and strengthen data-protection practices with strong mentorship in a fast-paced legal team.

I’m a final-year law student and semi-qualified company secretary with hands-on experience in corporate compliance, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, and data protection. I’ve supported multi-workstream legal work by drafting key commercial and privacy documents, maintaining compliance documentation, and tracking regulatory deadlines across complex matters.

From managing end-to-end contract lifecycles and building compliance checklists to running ROC compliance tracking for statutory filings, I bring a structured, deadline-driven approach and strong stakeholder coordination. I’ve also completed IP-focused research and litigation exposure—helping analyze patent disputes and support trademark/IT-law related work—so I can contribute thoughtfully across corporate, compliance, and IP.
