I’m a commercially astute corporate legal professional with in-house experience strengthening contract management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. I draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements while delivering strategic legal opinions that stay aligned with business objectives in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as a Legal Associate at Skace Health-Tech Pvt. Ltd., I’ve reduced contractual risk exposure and improved contract lifecycle efficiency—cutting contract turnaround time by 25% and increasing closure efficiency. I advise business and operations teams on contractual risk allocation, liability, indemnities, termination rights, and compliance obligations, and I structure contracts for healthcare partnerships and clinical/vendor engagements to minimize disputes.

I also implemented data privacy controls for patient data, vendor access, and third-party data handling in line with DPDPA, strengthening regulatory compliance readiness. Before this, I built practical litigation-support capability through my District & Sessions Court internship and sharpened stakeholder communication and compliance discipline through HR Operations at Amazon (L3), which strengthened how I partner with cross-functional teams. I’m currently pursuing an LLM in Corporate Law and am Bar Council enrolled.
