I’m an aspiring HR and Data Analytics professional pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). I focus on combining people-focused HR work with practical analytics to support organizational growth.
In my HR Intern role (06/2025 - 09/2025) at Shine Projects, I supported recruitment operations by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with employee engagement tasks. I also helped with HR documentation and onboarding activities, strengthening my ability to work accurately in fast-moving people processes.
I apply analytics to make HR and business information easier to act on—through projects like my Ola ride bookings Power BI dashboard (May 2026). I built an end-to-end report with interactive date filters and multiple KPI-focused pages, then surfaced clear insights such as the booking success rate, cancellation trends, payment dominance, and consistent driver ratings across vehicle types. I’m motivated to leverage data-driven decision-making alongside people insights in every role I take.
