I am a dedicated Bachelor of Food Science and Technology graduate with hands-on experience in quality assurance and control within the food industry. My academic journey at IPB University, where I achieved a GPA of 3.73, has equipped me with a solid foundation in food microbiology, chemistry, and processing. I have a strong focus on adhering to GMP, HACCP, BPOM, and ISO standards, which has been instrumental in my roles in various organizations.
In my current position as a Quality Assurance Assistant at PT. Mutiara Gudfu Indonesia, I assist in ensuring compliance with HACCP and FSSC 22000 certification processes. My previous experience at PT. Rosso Bianco allowed me to manage BPOM certification for multiple products and achieve a 100% compliance rate in audits. I am passionate about maintaining product safety and quality, and I thrive in collaborative environments where I can contribute to continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
