I’m looking for a role where I can lead governed GenAI delivery and AI model evaluation, connect semantic data context to business value, and drive enterprise analytics outcomes using Azure and modern data platforms with strong cross-functional ownership.

I’m a data and AI leader with 10+ years of experience spanning AI consulting, enterprise analytics, data platforms, BI delivery, and program portfolio management. I focus on taking data, ML, and GenAI concepts from discovery and pre-sales through roadmap, backlog, delivery, production adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

In my current role as a Data Analytics & AI Manager at Fractal Analytics, I lead AI Model Quality Evaluation Orchestration for existing enterprise LLM solutions—comparing LLM and SLM approaches on labeled data to improve efficiency, reliability, and model fit. I also packaged a reusable evaluation approach into a governed accelerator to support consistent model selection across client workflows.

I bring strong semantic AI foundations to my delivery, applying ontologies and knowledge graphs to improve AI data context, business meaning, and solution design. I coordinate portfolio-level analytics and AI initiatives, translate business needs into data product requirements and backlogs, and align delivery with strategic OKRs while managing risks and maintaining visibility for senior stakeholders.

Previously, as a Data and AI Lead / Project Manager at INKUBIT, I architected and delivered Azure-based solutions using Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including an AI-driven recruitment platform that reduced manual screening by 80% and halved time to fill.
