At Lithia & Driveway, I owned enterprise IT program delivery across infrastructure modernization, endpoint lifecycle management, M&A integrations, ITSM, and security. I directed a $5M+ infrastructure modernization program and managed capital budgets exceeding $2M per initiative.
I led technical integration for 10+ dealership acquisitions and coordinated a nationwide refresh of 2,000+ PCs and laptops. I also introduced Smartsheet as the enterprise project management platform, creating standardized templates, dashboards, and workflows while administering the platform for 200+ users.
Previously, at Prosegur Security USA, I managed cloud migration and infrastructure projects, including $2.5M+ of airport and corporate office technology projects. Across these roles, I used Power BI and SQL reporting to give leadership visibility into budgets, timelines, risks, and delivery status.
