I'm looking to lead complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity risk, facilities, or procurement programs where I can guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and delivery risks, and support defense or intelligence mission outcomes.

I lead cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and facilities projects supporting defense and intelligence missions, with experience across Tharros Defense, ManTech International, Praxis Engineering, Leidos, TASC, General Dynamics, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

At Tharros Defense, I manage cross-functional teams delivering facility renovations and IT infrastructure fit-ups, lead systems engineering projects, and coordinate technical risk mitigation, budgets, installations, and approval processes.

I’ve led classified programs involving CNO Developers, System Administrators, and Network Engineers; briefed USG leadership on milestones and risks; and managed multimillion-dollar procurement budgets exceeding $12M.
