I'm seeking a Marketplace or E-Commerce Admin role where I can apply disciplined listing, stock, order, customer service, and reporting processes to help a growing online store operate accurately and efficiently.

I've managed end-to-end Shopee and Tokopedia operations for the Meraki Living marketplace case study, improving product listings, tracking stock, processing orders, and building customer service SOPs.

I built cross-platform tracking for 218 units across eight SKUs, achieved a 100% order completion rate, and maintained an 18.9-minute average customer response time against a one-hour SOP target.

At PT Mahatama Global Mayer, I used Excel-based tracking, dashboards, and document controls to improve retrieval time, flag inventory discrepancies, support cross-functional reporting, and strengthen purchasing-data accuracy.
