At Skincare Store, I manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to product logistics and warehouse activities. I handle inventory, coordinate goods movement from the factory to the warehouse, and check incoming products.

I also prepare and pack customer orders, check outgoing goods before shipment, and organize stock to support daily operations. When needed, I communicate with customers and support service needs.

Through my Virtual Assistant portfolio projects, I used Google Sheets and Google Docs for administrative and data support. I cleaned and updated customer and inventory records, then created a sales performance report using Pivot Tables to summarize monthly sales data by city.
