At Metricform.ai, I manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, from job postings and screening through offers and orientation. I also run outreach campaigns and support leadership with calendars, agendas, meeting summaries, and action items.
Previously, I managed clinic recruitment and orientation at Vidiz Baniar, and as a Human Resources Intern at GaoTek Inc., I handled recruitment and onboarding for multiple intern cohorts. At PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero), I developed a Knowledge Loss Risk Assessment program and a Knowledge Management mockup website.
My work has also included job and workload analysis, including calculating requirements for 139 positions across two government offices. I hold the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and certifications in HR Planning, HR Staff, and HR Staff Recruitment.
