Since 2022, I oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent service quality and company standards. I lead and coordinate cross-functional teams by setting performance targets, conducting regular reviews, managing regional revenue and expense tracking, and analyzing operational KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

I also serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, resolving them efficiently to minimize disruption. Earlier, as an Administrative Officer, I handled documentation, scheduling, internal reporting, data entry, and correspondence, and I contributed to process improvement initiatives that reduced administrative turnaround times.
