I’m seeking to contribute to iClosed by delivering excellent customer support and customer satisfaction.

At Tradeline Corporation, I respond to entrepreneurs’ and farmers’ enquiries, provide guidance on business development and financial services, and follow up to address challenges. I supported two SMEs to access grants and trained and coached two anchor farmers toward GLOBALG.A.P. certification.

At Yellow Solar Malawi, I managed a customer portfolio of approximately 2,000 units and followed up on customer payments and service concerns. I was recognised as Best Collection Manager in 2020.
