I seek a role that allows me to empower businesses and foster growth through innovative strategies.

I am a dedicated professional with a Master of Science in Agribusiness Management from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. My academic background, combined with practical experience, has equipped me with a robust understanding of agribusiness dynamics and project management. I have successfully coordinated various projects, including the JICA-funded pilot projects in SME promotion, where I facilitated training for 13 SMEs and established a district cooperative union.

In my current role as a Business Incubation Officer at Imani Development, I oversee the verification of milestone claims and support the development of incubate business plans. My commitment to fostering entrepreneurship is evident in my previous experiences, where I coached farmer organizations and supported the development of viable business models. I am passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their goals through strategic planning and effective resource management.
