Alicia Smith

I’m a dedicated Lead Head Start Teacher with over 10 years of experience leading daily operations, supporting students and staff, and maintaining organized, efficient environments. I’m known for staying adaptable while keeping communication professional and consistent across families, teams, and administration.

At Heritage 4 Kids Early Learning Center, I manage classroom operations while developing schedules, lesson plans, and coordinated activities to support both students and staff. I also handle documentation, reporting, and student progress tracking, and I advocate for students with special needs by collaborating with support teams.

I bring strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills to every day. I maintain positive communication with parents, staff, and administration, and I’m comfortable multitasking across competing priorities while keeping compliance and safety procedures front and center.

Earlier roles include Lead Toddler Teacher and an Exercise Science internship that strengthened my customer service mindset and operational support skills. I’m currently seeking a remote opportunity where my organizational discipline, professionalism, and customer-focused support can help drive team success.
