I’m looking to lead AI-native, data-driven talent acquisition programs for technical and GTM hiring—building fair, repeatable operating mechanisms that speed up cycles, boost quality, and elevate candidate and employee experiences.

I’m an Executive Talent Acquisition leader with 20 years of progressive experience and 15+ years leading and scaling global recruiting organizations at high-growth technology companies (Meta, Google). I build AI-enabled, data-driven strategies that translate workforce plans into repeatable operating mechanisms.

At Meta, I owned U.S. engineering recruiting strategy and execution for highest-priority roles (AI/ML, Infrastructure), exceeding 150% of Q1 acceleration sprint goals while maintaining strong candidate quality and stakeholder trust. I scaled a 25+ recruiter/sourcer organization, set operating cadence and success metrics, and built capability across a distributed team.

Previously at Google, I scaled recruiting processes across 15+ staffing teams and improved offer acceptance rates by an average 74% year-over-year. Earlier, as a Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Recruitment, I led teams responsible for 500+ annual hires, strengthened employer branding, and improved engagement and retention outcomes while managing a $2.6M budget.
