At Wish, I led the development and standardisation of an end-to-end B2B logistics platform connecting international transportation, supplier operations, customs compliance and service performance across multiple markets.
I've built and scaled cross-border e-commerce logistics businesses, growing Good Supply revenue from RMB 200 million to RMB 400 million in six months and expanding monthly shipments from 50 to more than 120 × 40HQ containers. I also helped establish a Greater Bay Area logistics gateway, launching the first B2C import shipment through the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge and building the organisation from 2 to 41 employees.
