What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create positive, well-organized employee experiences by improving onboarding, HR administration, workplace operations, and day-to-day processes while applying a people-focused digital mindset.

I've supported employee onboarding, workplace communications, and day-to-day employee needs at Ajinomoto Foods Europe, while delivering office projects and managing budgets up to EUR 100K.

I coordinate safe, compliant workplaces through health and safety programs, vendor management, documentation, KPI dashboards, and standardized procedures. Previously at Egencia Amex GBT Group and Christophe Robin, I handled HR administration, employee records, training support, workplace logistics, and internal events.
