At El Tesoro de Sonora, I progressed from dining-room attendant to Captain of the Dining Room, a role I hold today. I coordinate service and bring my experience in guest care to the restaurant sector in Mexico.

At Hotel Grand Aston La Habana, I worked as Captain of the Dining Room, following earlier experience at Iberostar Grand Packard La Habana. I strengthened my service skills in demanding hotel environments.

I also worked as a bartender at Bar Encuentro and Restaurante VIP Havana, and as Captain at Marechiaro Cucina e Pizzeria Italiana. I graduated as a bartender from the Asociación de Cantineros de Cuba and later as a Captain of the Dining Room through Iberostar's first training program for the role.

I began studying Journalism at the University of Havana and completed coursework through the fourth year. I hope to keep growing in the restaurant and hotel sector, contributing my experience in service coordination, guest care, and operational leadership.
