I'm currently supporting TruDynamic's Samsung project, resolving FWA/CPE connectivity incidents on Viaero CBRS Band 48 and validating E911 PSAP routing, PANI, and ALI database accuracy. I also analyze throughput, voice, RF spectrum, Windows Server, and SQL test data to isolate defects for engineering review.

Across Apple, Samsung, Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon projects, I've investigated device, LTE/5G, VoLTE, GNSS, and emergency-location issues using tools including XCAL, XCAP, QXDM, Wireshark, and Python. I've led drive-test teams, trained junior engineers, and translate complex field findings into clear technical documentation and customer-ready resolutions.
