What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead user-centered digital products and scalable processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, business objectives, and operational efficiency.

At Banco Industrial, I lead UX initiatives for a regional banking platform serving Panama, Honduras, and El Salvador. I standardize scalable UX workflows, help launch international banking-app initiatives, and collaborate with more than 25 areas to improve internal tools and operational processes.

I've also led logistics and strategic projects at Environmental Cleaning Solutions, designed residential interiors and packaging solutions, and taught user-centered design, technical drawing, project development, and 3D modeling at two universities. My background in Industrial Design and Project Evaluation and Management helps me balance stakeholder needs, business objectives, operational efficiency, and user experience.
