What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support or sales role where I can use high-volume communication, problem-solving, and inbound sales skills while growing in digital marketing and customer relationship management.

I'm currently supporting customers at Roslin, where I handle 250+ calls daily and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

My work spans customer service, inbound sales, outbound calling, and customer communication. I stay calm in difficult situations and focus on clear, practical resolutions.

Before Roslin, I managed high-volume orders as a Sushi Chef at Takumi and worked fast-paced service roles at Kozlovna and TrendyLadies. These roles strengthened my reliability, discipline, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.

I'm also building knowledge in digital marketing, Google Ads, and customer relationship management through HubSpot and Google Ads certifications.
