What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote role where I can use my experience in English-language client communication, digital sales, and operations.

At Fumi Agency, I handled English-language client messaging, digital content sales, and customer retention. I ranked third by sales revenue within six weeks and averaged more than $2,000 in personal monthly sales as an operator.

After six months, I was promoted to Team Lead. I coordinated tasks within a four-person team, trained colleagues, and supported basic reporting.

At Personel Service, assigned to the SHEIN warehouse in Poland, I handled inventory exceptions using barcode scanners and a warehouse system. I also managed shelf turnover in an area with 1,740 storage positions.

I introduced chat-based container collection requests with location, quantity, and photo confirmation, reducing collection trips from 10–12 to 3–5 per shift. I’m currently studying Applied Informatics in Economics and seeking a remote role.
