At the City Government of Baguio, I interviewed operational leaders across five municipal divisions and documented workflows and requirements for a digital document-tracking system. I designed a process flow and an interactive prototype that supervisors approved.
On the AscendyX Platform project, I rebuilt the agency website and integrated GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Supabase. I also created a Python data pipeline for Freedom Wall Analytics to analyze public discourse and surface insights in a dashboard.
