What I'm looking for

I’m seeking associate facilitation work in the UK, with opportunities to design and deliver interactive leadership and professional-development programmes remotely and through UK-wide travel.

I design and facilitate leadership, communication and executive-presence programmes for organisations including Mercedes-Benz Korea, Samsung, KBS, KSD, KCC and Seoul Metropolitan Government. I coach executives and managers through live practice, reflective questioning, constructive challenge and feedback.

Across ten-plus years in the UK, Malaysia, South Korea and China, I’ve developed adults in corporate, education and public-sector settings. At Zuoyebang, I led recruitment, onboarding and development for a faculty of 30+ trainers, while designing curriculum and multimedia assets for large-scale live-broadcast learning.

I bring a Drama and Community background to create inclusive, psychologically safe spaces where people contribute openly, test assumptions and apply learning in their own context.
