What I'm looking for

I want to support teams with fast, reliable IT support and SaaS implementation—troubleshooting issues, training end-users, and improving adoption. I’m especially interested in roles collaborating on cloud platforms and customer success.

I’m a Technical Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience helping organizations troubleshoot, customize, and implement SaaS solutions. I diagnose and resolve technical issues while training end-users to support smooth software adoption.

I’m recognized for delivering fast, reliable support and bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical users. I’ve worked with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and ticketing systems, and I focus on quality through root cause analysis, technical documentation, and user acceptance testing.

In my current role, I’m performing software customization and application support, including user acceptance testing and change management-related work. Previously, as an Enterprise Support Specialist and Customer Support Specialist, I supported customer experience through contact-center workflows, Salesforce.com, and password management/reset processes.

I’m Google IT Support certified and currently expanding my expertise through CompTIA Security+ and GRC training to strengthen security awareness and governance knowledge.
