I prepare and file individual tax returns while ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations, and I maintain and organize confidential client financial records.

In my current role as a Tax Accountant, I support compliance processes and help with cybersecurity compliance and data protection protocols. I also resolve client tax-related questions and documentation needs, documenting interactions carefully and keeping accurate records in fast-paced, remote environments.

Before tax-focused work, I built strong operational and customer support foundations through roles including Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative, including handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. I also completed paralegal support work—organizing legal files, attending court hearings, and conducting client interviews—strengthening my attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving.
