What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote ecommerce operations, virtual assistant or customer support role where I can manage stores, advertising, suppliers, logistics and customer queries. I'm available to start immediately.

I run The Lift Store SA, an independent online retail business where I manage the Shopify storefront, product landing pages, supplier sourcing, pricing and customer service.

I plan and run direct-response campaigns on Meta and TikTok, integrate payments and courier services into the order flow, and handle enquiries, tracking, delivery issues and returns.

Previously, I supported clients and creditors at FinFix and coordinated schedules, shipment tracking, records and client communication at Fastway Couriers. I'm seeking a remote ecommerce operations, virtual assistant or customer support role and can start immediately.
