What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can grow my administrative, customer service, sales, e-commerce, and virtual support experience while contributing through reliable, organized work and strong communication.

I built and launched a Shopify beauty and fashion store, managing its design, product listings, inventory, customer enquiries, and social media marketing.

Through my self-employed e-commerce work, I've gained practical experience in website development, online sales, digital marketing, product management, and creating a user-friendly shopping experience.

At Bourne Global, I supported daily operations as a General Assistant and Sales Agent, strengthening my customer service, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and reliability. I've also completed a Virtual Assistant Course covering administrative support, calendar and email management, customer service, and digital office tools.
