What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service while supporting legal or case-management workflows—calling clients, following up on medical appointments, managing compliant forms, and organizing records with speed and accuracy.

I’m a results-oriented Customer Service Agent with over 5 years of demonstrated expertise in the Airline Industry and in remote client support. I’m known for quickly learning new processes and procedures while consistently upholding company policies for operational excellence.

In legal-focused virtual assistant roles, I support clients with case management tasks including calling clients, sending letters of representation and corresponding acknowledgment letters, and following up to keep matters moving. I help clients set up medical appointments and follow up so they attend.
