I’m looking for a role where I can lead complex digital delivery end-to-end, use analytics for data-informed decisions, and work in an Agile environment with strong cross-functional ownership and measurable outcomes.

I’m a Project Manager with over 5 years of experience launching and scaling digital services for both public sector and international startups. I drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery by optimizing processes and aligning stakeholders around clear outcomes in Agile environments.

Most recently, I launched 6 end-user tools and used analytics (GA, Metabase, Shopify apps) to guide roadmap and backlog prioritization, supporting organic growth via SEO and competitor analysis. Earlier, I managed a full-cycle cross-functional team of 60+ professionals, improved profitability and service performance, and delivered 150+ public digital services by coordinating integrations, product readiness, and release stability through microservices.
