At adidas, I created the Americas SRE & Ops Center and now lead Service Management for Digital and eCommerce across LAM. My team reduced financial backlog to controlled levels of about 1%, equivalent to approximately USD 20M, while strengthening 24/7 monitoring, incident response, SLA performance, and platform availability.
I've led omnichannel retail and eCommerce operations for Payless across more than 10 countries and around 400 stores, working with VTEX, PrestaShop, data and analytics capabilities, and store platforms. Earlier, at Telefónica Movistar, I helped deliver the first version of the customer self-service mobile app and evolved digital channels for payments and service management using Hybris and Liferay.
Across adidas, Payless, Arus, Intergrupo, Genpact, Inditex, HPE, IBM, and other enterprise environments, I translate IT operations into business continuity and digital growth. I bring hands-on Service Management, DevOps, SRE, ITIL, cloud, vendor, and multidisciplinary team leadership to complex regional operations.
