I am an IT Infrastructure Specialist with a strong passion for technology and a commitment to ensuring optimal IT operations. Currently, I work at SIBS Romania, where I troubleshoot a variety of technical and networking issues, ensuring that all IT equipment is functioning properly and that users can perform their duties efficiently. My role involves configuring and maintaining on-premises equipment, managing user activities through Active Directory, and documenting IT systems and incident reports.

Previously, I interned at Heineken Romania, where I was responsible for master data cleansing, which involved meticulous data management in MS Excel and extracting data from MS Power BI and SAP. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also contributed significantly to the company by preventing potential fines. My journey in IT began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Transylvania University, where I developed a solid foundation in both technical and soft skills.
