Redesigned role boundaries and workflows to improve organizational effectiveness while preserving customer value, and built KPI-based governance using Danaher Business System methodology.

Led cross-functional programs supporting ~700 knockout human cell lines across R&D, quality, and commercial teams. Led the program nationally, then globally, running the Boston (US) and Cambridge (UK) teams through Danaher's acquisition of Abcam, improving pipeline efficiency to >98% and helping expand the portfolio ~30% to approximately $2.5M.

Provided technical support for life-science research products and partnered across customer, scientific, and commercial teams to resolve complex application needs.

Designed and ran a five-year institutional initiative to raise retention and research participation in the biological sciences, changing the conditions students operated within rather than the demands placed on them.
