At DSV, I manage customer master data and shipment administration, and I maintain a Power BI KPI dashboard. I developed a Power Query solution that applies business rules to shipment data and generates an invoice-ready report, saving about two hours of manual processing each week.
I also developed an AI-assisted workflow with Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate that turns email data into an Excel report and sends it automatically. Previously at DB Schenker, I processed claims and helped document and transition processes, with 98% TAT compliance and 99% accuracy in my senior claims role.
