Since joining Enchanted Florist, I manage customer service, sales, and marketing. I create and manage social media posts and accounts, connect with clients to create a personal experience, and handle difficult and emotional situations with care and professionalism.

I also create custom floral designs for customers and help create a joyful environment in person and over the phone. I’m organized, self-sufficient, and manageable, bringing energy and consistency to every day of work.
