At Blancco, I lead global IT operations for approximately 350 users across 18 countries, managing identity governance, endpoint lifecycle, SaaS administration, vulnerability management, incident response, and infrastructure migrations. I stood up vulnerability management from zero, rebuilt an inherited ITSM platform end to end, supported the ISO 27001 program, and led SIEM selection and enterprise AI tooling rollout.
I've spent 18 years in IT across systems administration, technical field service, endpoint security, and global workplace operations. I lead a distributed team across Finland, India, and the US while supporting regulated Microsoft 365 environments.
