In customer-facing operations, I’ve owned day-to-day support and retention-oriented work by addressing order discrepancies and ensuring customers get what they need—on time. I used WMS and digital SOPs to retrieve, track, and deliver results consistently, while keeping service quality high.

I’ve also delivered measurable operational impact through process improvement. I developed a new rush-season order-processing system that nearly doubled efficiency and redesigned a warehouse internal layout with the Supply Chain General Manager to improve speed and ease of use.

Beyond operations, I bring a structured, detail-oriented mindset from writing and editing experience—collaborating to review and edit research essays for clarity, veracity, and style using the Chicago Style Guide. I’m looking to grow in customer success and account support roles where improving customer experience and identifying growth opportunities are central.
