What I'm looking for

I seek senior PMO or project controls roles where I can lead transformation, embed risk and Secure-by-Design practices, build capability, and influence ExCo-level decisions in Defence or financial services.

I am an experienced Digital Project Controls and Business Change Consultant with a strong track record in Defence Digital and Commercial Banking, delivering PMO excellence and aligning delivery with strategic goals.

I have developed Power BI dashboards for 2* and Cabinet-level decision-making in Defence Digital, led PMO for a £550m transformation investment portfolio at Nationwide Building Society, and identified and resolved a £40m forecast discrepancy through cross-functional collaboration. I embed Secure by Design principles, deliver Integrated Master Schedules, and coach RAIDO practitioners to improve portfolio-wide risk maturity.

I am hands-on with Project Online, Active Risk Manager (ARM), PREDICT, ServiceNow and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), and I use Power BI and PowerApps to digitise PMO services. I influence at ExCo and senior stakeholder levels and focus on building capability, pragmatic governance, and measurable outcomes.
