What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or finance-focused role where I can coordinate complex workflows, strengthen billing and financial processes, support leadership, and deliver organized client and team experiences.

I've managed finance and operations at SCS Cloud (CrossCountry Consulting), overseeing custom monthly invoicing for 500+ NetSuite clients, billing schedules, revenue recognition rules, accounts receivable, and project setups. I also supported executive leadership and the CEO with special projects and travel during the sale of SCS Cloud to CCC Platform Experiences.

Previously, I grew Femme Akoi Beauty Studio from a startup to two locations with 40+ contractors, managing contracts, customized payroll, invoicing, event scheduling, and client, vendor, and contractor communications. I've also helped establish classroom systems, routines, and child-centered learning experiences at Wildwood Academy.
