At T-Bank, I work on lending analytics at the intersection of product analytics, credit risk, and pricing. My initiatives have supported approximately RUB 1.8B in released capital and an estimated RUB 200M in annual NPV.

I led the analytical and regulatory workstream for salary-client risk segmentation, demonstrating lower default and delinquency risk and enabling reduced credit provisions. I analyzed customer performance across the salary-client lifecycle and identified the third payment as a key risk transition point.

I translate regulatory and accounting requirements into production logic, including salary-transaction recognition, eligibility rules, data-quality validation, and an API-based workflow for preferential lending portfolios. I also developed a two-rate pricing hypothesis for customers who churn from salary status and designed its A/B testing framework.

I lead and mentor a Product Analyst, managing their backlog, prioritization, task decomposition, delivery planning, resource allocation, and professional development. I'm open to relocation.
