What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering end-to-end technical recruitment, using structured assessment, candidate coaching, and negotiation to connect skilled professionals with client needs.

I manage end-to-end technical recruitment at Eligo Recruitment, placing candidates across Open Source, Electronic Engineering, and SAP.

I conduct detailed screenings and interviews, coach candidates for interviews, and manage salary negotiations to align client needs with candidate aspirations. I use LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Excel, and CloudCall to build targeted talent-acquisition strategies and assess technical fit.

Before recruitment, I led operations at GoPuff and Honest Burgers, improving KPIs, resolving customer and operational issues, and managing teams. I hold a degree in Gastronomic Sciences alongside CIPD Human Resources and CIPS Procurement certificates.
