At Europastry, I drove finance process transformation and managed end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations. I led a multicultural team of 24 across four specialized units, managing a €1B portfolio across eight international business units.
I designed and deployed a global Credit Policy from scratch for 60,000+ customers, and standardized 180+ commercial terms into 35 conditions using an 80/20 risk-business matrix. I also developed an O2C issue-management framework for commercial disputes.
At Amer Sports Corporation, I managed end-to-end Credit Management across South Europe and led a team of six. Earlier, as Credit Manager Italy, I reduced DSO from 200 to 98 days and led the functional migration of local Credit and Accounts Receivable operations to a corporate Shared Service Center hub.
My experience spans credit and risk management, working capital optimization, and SSC/GBS transformation. I’ve also spearheaded automation between Salesforce CRM and JD Edwards, and hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
