At Next Gen Home Loans, I support marketing activities that attract and register prospective customers. I organize and segment leads, then coordinate follow-up through CRM email and SMS workflows.
Since 2023, I’ve provided creative marketing and client support through ARTX Studio & Freelance Client Projects. My work has included content creation, social media support, graphic design, and website support for mortgage and real estate clients.
For José Chiquito Restaurant, I led social media marketing activities focused on attracting customers and supporting customer outreach. I’ve also supported marketing and content creation for businesses in areas including tax services, hospitality, and beverages.
Earlier, I supported the graphic design team at Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala with visual materials for institutional projects and communications. In call center roles, I supported U.S. customers in Spanish and English, helping with Walmart website navigation, orders, returns, and service concerns.
