I’m an Operational Excellence Trainer focused on strengthening franchise operations through hands-on coaching, clear expectations, and a strong brand experience.
In my role, I lead travel-based in-store visits and follow-ups, facilitate operational excellence reviews, and help partners build measurable goals and action plans. I analyze sales data and key metrics to identify opportunities, support ongoing progress with 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, and contribute feedback that improves company strategies, programs, and procedures.
I also bring experience from field training, sales, and community operations support—coordinating reporting, providing constructive feedback, and delivering training strategies that drive sustained improvement across teams.

Travel & In-Store Visits: Travel approximately two weeks monthly to conduct in-store visits at 45-60 locations nationwide. Visits may include manager trainings, Operational Excellence Reviews, store openings, and emergency support visits.
Collaboration: Work closely with franchise partner consultants before and after store visits to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives.

Provided sales execution and customer-focused account management for Aptive Solar as a self-employed account executive.
Independently generated over $150,000 in revenue from pest control sales in a 4 month span.
Provided part-time childcare for the Snelgrove family, including lesson planning and child-focused support. Used communication and conflict-resolution approaches to support a positive environment.
Supported client intake operations at Habitat for Humanity of Collin County as a part-time intake coordinator. Helped manage client relations and underwriting-related processes and supported audit management.
